Here at Lou + Shea we aim to ensure all of our customers are happy with the items they ordered and received! Since ordering online can be such a hit or miss we will work with you on returns to ensure that you shop with us again! 

Due to limited quantity we have of each item, we may not be able to issue an exchange. Sad, we know! If we have the item in stock we will be happy to exchange. You will be responsible for shipping your items to our warehouse. If the item is no longer available we will be happy to issue a store credit.

If you need to return any of the items you purchased, please email us at for a return authorization. Please include your full name, phone number and order number within the email. We accept returns within 10 days from the date we shipped your items to you. All items must include the Lou + Shea tag attached, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn. If items returned have stains, perfume, pet hair, deodorant marks or makeup on them we will not issue a return. 

Items purchased at a discount are final sale.

Once your package leaves our hands we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If your package is delivered damaged, meaning the package itself is torn causing your items to be damaged, you will need to contact your carrier.
If the items you purchased are delivered damaged, meaning only the items inside the package- not the package itself, we can issue a full refund or exchange of the item you purchased if it's still available. If you purchased any items on sale, but the wrong items were delivered to you, we will of course follow through with getting the right items to you. If this happens please notify us via email at
